Mia & Anna’s Garage Sale — Terms of Sale

Welcome to Mia & Anna’s Garage Sale. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing.

1. Private garage sale

This is a private, one-off sale of personal and household items. We are not operating as a commercial retailer or purchasing products for resale.

2. Pre-owned items

Most items are pre-owned and may show normal signs of use, wear or age. Any significant faults or damage known to us will be included in the product description or photographs.

Our prices reflect the item’s age, condition and the nature of a garage sale, and are generally much lower than normal retail prices.

3. Please choose carefully

Please review the product description, photographs, measurements and condition information carefully before placing your order. Buyers are welcome to contact us with questions before purchasing.

4. Final sale — no change-of-mind returns

All purchases are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds because:

you changed your mind;
the item does not fit;
you selected the wrong item;
you no longer need the item; or
you found the same or a similar item elsewhere for a lower price.

Even businesses generally do not have to provide a refund solely because a customer changes their mind, unless their own returns policy says otherwise.

5. Incorrectly described items

We make reasonable efforts to describe each item accurately. Please contact us promptly if an item is materially different from its description or if a significant known fault was not disclosed. We will review the matter fairly based on the circumstances.

6. Collection and delivery

Buyers are responsible for checking collection or delivery details before purchasing. Once an item has been collected and accepted, responsibility for the item passes to the buyer.

Where delivery is offered, any delivery charges and estimated timeframes will be displayed during checkout.

7. Safety

Items should only be used for their intended purpose. Buyers are responsible for checking that an item is appropriate for their needs, particularly children’s products, electrical products and safety equipment.
