Private Garage Sale
This is a private, one-off sale of personal and household items. We are not operating as a commercial retailer or purchasing products for resale.
Pre-Owned Items
Most items are pre-owned and may show normal signs of use, wear or age. Any significant faults or damage known to us will be included in the product description or photographs.
Our prices reflect each item’s age and condition and are generally much lower than normal retail prices.

Final Sale and Change-of-Mind Returns
All purchases are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds if:
You change your mind, the item does not fit, you select the wrong item, you no longer need the item, or you find the same or a similar item elsewhere for a lower price.
Incorrectly Described Items
We make reasonable efforts to describe each item accurately. Please contact us promptly if an item is materially different from its description or if a significant known fault was not disclosed. We will review the matter fairly based on the circumstances.
Collection and Delivery
Buyers are responsible for checking the collection or delivery details before purchasing. Once an item has been collected and accepted, responsibility for the item passes to the buyer.
Where delivery is offered, any delivery charges and estimated timeframes will be displayed during checkout.
Safety and Suitable Use
Items should only be used for their intended purpose. Buyers are responsible for checking that an item is suitable for their needs, particularly children’s products, electrical products and safety equipment.
